【Check-in Rules】

■ This guesthouse uses a self-check-in system. On the morning of your check-in, please send your check-in information and password via our official LINE ID: @QCONE. Please contact us immediately after booking to ensure your check-in rights.

■ Check-in time is 16:00, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. For bookings of the entire guesthouse, a late check-out fee of NTD$3000 per hour will be charged.

■ Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability on the day of booking.

■ A deposit of NTD$5000 will be charged for booking the entire guesthouse. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer upon check-out if no problems are found.

■ Pets are allowed, please inform us in advance (a pet cleaning fee of TWD$500 will apply).

■ If you need to store your luggage early, please inform us no later than the day before your check-in.

■ In line with environmental protection and energy conservation, bed sheets, blankets, and towels will not be changed for extended stays.

■ As this is a quiet community, please keep your voice down after 10 PM and refrain from loud noise to maintain a good living environment.

■ Please bring your ID card and other relevant documents for registration upon check-in.

■ Please do not move, damage, or take away any items or equipment in the room. Any damage or loss will be charged at cost.

■ Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. Please smoke outdoors if you wish.

■ Drug use, excessive drinking, gambling, loud noise, disturbances, and any other illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

■ Parents are advised to be mindful of any child-friendly design elements in the property.

■ This room type includes landscaping; please handle it with care. Any damage will be charged at cost. ■ Please do not use fireworks, sky rockets, or similar items.

■ Extra beds are always equipped with single mattresses and include a single down pillow, down comforter, and bath towel.

■ Breakfast is not provided. There are many restaurants and food stalls nearby; food delivery is available.

■ For the safety of all guests, multiple security cameras are installed in public areas. We apologize for any inconvenience.

■ The kitchen is currently only open to guests who have booked the entire building. Please clean the kitchen after use. Any damage to equipment will be charged at cost.

■ The guesthouse is not liable for any illegal recording or filming using audio-visual equipment. Guests are responsible for any such actions.

■ Parking is available.

■ The kitchen is available for use, but only for cooking without oil fumes (gas stoves and open flames are not permitted).

■ Cookware, tableware, induction cookers, and microwave ovens can be borrowed. Please clean and return them after use. Thank you.

■ Provides Hezhong brand RO water purifiers with filter replacements every three months, teacups, and teaware.
