It is very close to the beach. It is very convenient to drive to the Kenting Street Night Market for three minutes to find food. In front of the intersection is the Sail Rock Observation Deck. The landlord was very considerate and helped us turn on the air conditioner in advance. The house is large and the rooms are not crowded. Every room has one Bathtub balcony. Except for the quadruple room on the first floor, which does not have a balcony, the kitchen is also very well-equipped. (Highlight) There are additional boxes for singing, board games and playing mahjong. Above the kitchen, the sound insulation is very good and will not disturb the next door. There is also a bathroom next to the box. , I don’t have to run far to the toilet after drinking. Thank you to the landlord for sending me a box of beer. I come to collect the garbage every day. ■ If you need singing or barbecue, please change your reservation to our Hengchun House.
■ Any illegal conduct is prohibited. If found, the police will be notified.
■ Smoking, drug use, and gambling are strictly prohibited.
■ The living room on the first floor is a shared space, open until 9:30 pm. After 10 pm, please keep quiet and avoid disturbing the neighbors. Otherwise, the neighbors will protest and call the police.
