3. Guest Services
To maintain the quality of your stay:
• Breakfast is not provided.
• In support of environmental sustainability, daily housekeeping is generally not available for consecutive-night stays.

4. No Smoking Policy
In accordance with Taiwan's Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking area.
Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Guests who smoke indoors or leave a noticeable smoke odor in the room will be charged a cleaning and deodorizing fee of NT$3,000.
5. Pet Policy
To ensure a pleasant environment for all guests:
Pets are not permitted.
If guests:
• Bring pets without prior approval
• Conceal the presence of pets
Nian Xia B&B reserves the right to refuse accommodation, and all payments made will be non-refundable.
If additional cleaning is required due to pets, a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged.

• Lights are turned off
• Electrical appliances are switched off
• Door is securely locked
Please take good care of your personal belongings.
Nian Xia B&B is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence to furniture, equipment, walls, or room facilities will be charged according to the repair or replacement cost.
8. Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Please complete your deposit payment within the specified deadline after making your reservation.
Reservations may be canceled if payment is not received on time.
Cancellation refunds are processed in accordance with Taiwan Tourism Administration's Standard Contract for Individual Accommodation Reservations.
