【Check-in and check-out time】
1. The staff of this homestay is not available 24 hours a day; the service time is from 08:00 to 20:00.
2. Before the check-out time 10:00, the luggage can be temporarily stored on the first floor on the day of check-out, and please retrieve the luggage before 20:00. After 20:00, no one will take care of the luggage and will not be responsible for keeping it.
3. After entering the room after 15:00, please come to pick up the key before 20:00, and please call after 20:00.
4. Please show your ID card for registration when you check in (according to Article 28 of the Homestay Management Regulations). If you check out over time, you will be charged NT$200 per hour.
【Number of people and child policy】
1. Each room can provide a child under the age of three to stay for free (no accessories), and each child over the age of three will be charged NT$700 (amenities are provided).
2. The price of children over three years old is charged according to adults. Please select the number of people when booking to avoid disputes during check-in. If there is a child under the age of three, please inform us in the remarks when booking.
3. This homestay provides baby bathtubs and bathing stools. Please make an appointment in advance if you need them.
4. The B&B is not open to visit or receive visitors. If it is found that guests stay overnight, a cleaning fee of NT$700 will be charged.
5. In response to the environmental protection policy, no one-time accessories are provided, and no bedding replacement and room cleaning services are provided during the stay.
6. If the amount of garbage in the room explodes, there are garbage bags in the drawer on the first floor of the B&B. Please pack the garbage and throw it into the outdoor trash can on the first floor.
【Other Precautions】
1. In order to cooperate with the residents of the community, please do not make noise after 22:00. If the noise is not valid, please check out immediately and pay the cleaning fee of NT$1000. If you are reported to the police by the neighbors, you will be responsible for the consequences.
2. All guest rooms are equipped with smoke detectors, please do not smoke or cook food in the room to avoid triggering the alarm and affecting other passengers.
3. According to the Tobacco Hazard Prevention and Control Law, there is no smoking in the room. If you violate the law, you will be reported to the relevant units for handling (the maximum fine is 10,000 yuan).
4. This homestay is a legal business homestay. Partying, drug use, and any illegal behavior are strictly prohibited. If found, it will be reported to the police. (According to Article 32 of the Homestay Management Law)
5. When playing in the water and returning to the hotel, please wash the sea sand on your hands and feet with the outdoor tap before entering the room.
6. In response to the Penghu Low Carbon Island Policy, please turn off the lights, air conditioners and lock the door when you go out.
7. Please do not steal the facilities and items belonging to this homestay for yourself or carry them out for use without authorization. If you find any damage, please compensate according to the price.
8. If you need to provide additional accessories, you will be charged a washing fee: NT$200 for a quilt, NT$100 for a pillow, and a towel per person per day, and NT$20 for each quilt from the 2nd. (Please inform before 20:00, otherwise the service will not be provided)
9. Please keep the room key and the magnetic button of the door in a safe place. If you lose it, you will be charged NT$300 for remaking. (The whole set includes key, magnetic buckle, room number plate, key ring)
10. There are no pet-friendly facilities in this homestay, and furry children are not accepted for the time being. Please forgive me.
11. If you cannot accept the above accommodation instructions, please do not make a reservation to avoid unnecessary troubles.
