Check-in Rules
■ There is no charge for children under 3 years old (inclusive), no bed charges, no meals, and supplies are not included. The camp area is equipped with baby baths, simple milk warmers/bottle sterilizers, baby beds and other supplies (a small quantity). If you need them, please inform us in advance.
■ Each tent is limited to 4 people. A maximum of 1 additional person can be accommodated at NT$2,100 for an extra bed (including 1 single mattress, 1 pillow, and 1 quilt).
【Accommodation Rules】
■ Check-in time: 15:00, check-out time: 11:00, late check-out fee is NT$1000/hour.
■ Supplies and equipment provided: 2 sets of double beds, bath towels, hand towels, shampoo and shower gel, mouthwash cup, hair dryer, exclusive bathroom in the tent, smart mirror, smart toilet, heating and cooling, instant boiling kettle, shoe rack, hanging clothes Mirror, refrigerated small refrigerator. In order to support environmental protection and green tourism, we do not proactively provide disposable supplies (such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, etc.).
■ Accommodation fee includes breakfast and dinner. The meal content is mainly based on the camp area. If you are afraid of not eating enough, you can bring your own ingredients. Do not bring watery soup or fishy seafood and meat. Please clean up after the meal.
■Breakfast content: Fried noodles/rice balls/Western breakfast. The content is mainly prepared according to the base camp area. If there is any shortage of items, other items will be replaced. If there is a temporary reservation for the same day, dinner will not be included.
■ Barbecue and hot pot utensils are provided free of charge in the camp. Please take good care of the utensils and clean them after use. If there is any damage, you will be compensated at the price.
■ The latest check-in time is 20:30. If you do not check in after this time, the camp will be regarded as a cancellation on the same day and no refund will be given. This camp pays attention to the quality of accommodation. Please lower the volume and refrain from making loud noises from 21:00 in the evening to 07:00 the next day. If you want to party all night, drink and have fun, please do not book a room; if you disturb neighboring guests and do not improve after persuasion, , our camp reserves the right to ask this group of guests to leave without refund. Please call us in advance to inform us of late check-in. No refunds or tent reservations will be made if you are late and do not call us in advance.
■ There is a free parking lot in the campground. Because there are not many parking spaces, no more than 2 cars can be parked in each tent. There are mostly stone roads and turf in the camp area. If there are children, please pay attention to safety. If you are injured, you are responsible for your own responsibility. The camp area does not bear the responsibility for this risk.
■ Each account will be provided with a magnetic door lock. If it is lost during check-out, compensation will be charged according to the price (NT2000). This camp area prefers a self-service camping experience. There are usually no people stationed in the camp area. If you have any needs, please contact the official account or call directly. Please forgive me.
■ The camp area is a self-service experience camping. Dinner ingredients will be placed in the small refrigerator in the tent. Breakfast will be placed on the table in the pavilion outside the tent from 7:00-8:00. Please take it by yourself.
■ Please do not climb improperly or perform dangerous actions in the building, and do not bring knives or dangerous items (fire and candles are strictly prohibited) into the room. If you are injured due to human factors or the facilities are damaged, please be responsible for it and compensate according to the price.
■ Smoking, chewing betel nut, and cooking are strictly prohibited in the tent. If any violation is found, a cleaning fee of NT$5,000 will be charged. If any damaged items are affected, compensation will be based on the price.
■ It is strictly prohibited to damage the natural environment or facilities in the campsite. Do not step on flower beds or touch landscape plants. If outdoor tables and chairs are moved, they must be returned to their original positions before check-out.
■ Our camp pays attention to the quality of accommodation. Please lower the volume after 10:00 pm and do not use karaoke or make loud noises. If you disturb neighboring guests and do not improve after persuasion, our camp reserves the right to ask that group of guests to leave without refund. .
■ If the tent or outdoor equipment needs to be cleaned twice as much due to personal factors such as excessive drinking, vomiting or defecation, a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged per tent (necessary items that are difficult to clean due to vomiting will need to be purchased at the same price).
■ This camp only welcomes you who love cleanliness and tidiness. Please keep it clean and take good care of the equipment and utensils. The tents and pavilions must be restored to cleanliness before check-out. If there is any damage or damage, you will be compensated according to the price. If you have snacks, please keep them tidy and put the garbage in the trash can. If you bring tableware into the tent, please take it out of the tent before checking out.
■ Before checking out, please clean pots and dishes, garbage and food, and sort the garbage well. Do not throw away food waste, beverage bottles, cigarette butts and other garbage everywhere. A cleaning fee of NT$1,000 per account will be charged for failure to comply with regulations.
■ Each tent has its own small refrigerator (refrigerated). The campground does not provide services such as helping to refrigerate food and drinks.
■ Please keep your personal valuables properly. We are not responsible for any loss. We apologize.
■ Illegal activities such as drug use, partying, gambling, gathering to cause trouble and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the camp. If found, the police will be dealt with.
■ Please cherish water resources, reduce garbage and classify garbage well. Do not dump any food and beverage residues outside the kitchen waste bin. If found, a cleaning fee of NT$5,000 will be charged. If there are any matters not covered, the camp reserves the right to add, modify or explain.
■ If there is an event that requires decorating the venue, do not use tools that may cause damage to the equipment; you must clean it up before checking out (do not leave any glue residue). If additional cleaning is required, a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged.
■ There is currently no alcohol sales in the camp area. You can buy it at the nearby 7-11 or Quanlian.
■ The public facility in the campground is a children's play sandbox. Parents are asked to pay attention to their children's safety at all times when children are playing in the sandbox. The campground does not bear any risk if there is any injury. Please do not dump the play sand in the sandbox outside the sandbox.
