According to Ministry of Finance, R.O.C. Letter No.821481937, AsiaYo will provide the electronic receipt of the travel agency within 2-5 working days after check-out, and will send it to your member's mailbox by email.

【Notes for adding people】
■ All room types: 0~6 years old (inclusive) free of charge without occupying a bed, excluding meals, excluding equipment, and excluding extra beds. (Relevant proof of age must be brought for inspection when checking in. If you do not carry it, it will be visually judged by the on-site personnel and there will be no difference)
■ 7~12 years old per person: NTD$2000, including one stay, four meals (children's meal), equipment, original bed in the room, and other items not mentioned are not provided. 【Check-in Rules】
■ When checking in, please present your ID card to the counter.
■ Please check in according to the number of people in the room type. If you need to add another person, please inform in advance.
■ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation in the camp area, pets are not allowed.
■ Smoking and betel nut chewing are strictly prohibited indoors. Violators will be reported to relevant units.
■ Please keep your valuables properly, and we will not be responsible for any loss
■ After 10:00 in the evening, please lower the volume and refrain from making loud noises, in order to protect the tranquility of the camp and the rights and interests of other guests.
■ Please take good care of the natural environment, and do not climb or pick flowers and trees.
■ Please classify the garbage and dispose of it in the trash can. Please sort the garbage according to the marks on the trash can.
(General Garbage, Recycling, Food Waste Bin).
■ If there is any damage or destruction of public property in the camp, compensation shall be made according to the price, and violations will be dealt with by the police.
■ All fireworks are prohibited in the camp area, and violators will be fined according to law.
■ Do not use high-power electrical products to avoid danger or electric shock; use electrical appliances provided outside the camping area, and we will not be responsible for any damage.
■ It is strictly forbidden to take drugs or prohibited drugs. If you find this situation, you will report to the police immediately.
■ In order to protect the rights and interests of other staying guests, the main camp area refuses all visitors to visit and entertain.
■ It is forbidden to play in the water by the river, and you will be responsible for the consequences in case of accidents.
■ In order to maintain the quality of the environment, fires can only be lit in designated areas within the camp.
■ The furniture, electrical appliances, decorations and utensils in the tent are the property of the campsite. If it is damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price. If there is any damage or unavailability, please let us know in time so that we can prepare for the next guest.
■ Paid shuttle service (limited to Wuri High Speed ​​Rail Station, Taichung Railway Station, and Puli Bus Terminal)

【Coordination matters during epidemic prevention】
■ Check-in passengers are requested to cooperate with body temperature measurement and alcohol disinfection.
■ Please keep the environment clean and wash your hands frequently.
■ In indoor activity spaces, masks must still be worn, and social distance should be maintained from everyone else.
■ Please inform the counter if you feel unwell.
■ The rest of the anti-epidemic regulations shall be implemented according to the anti-epidemic measures announced by the government.

【Convention for staying in a tent】
■ When entering or leaving the tent, please tighten the zipper at the door to prevent mosquitoes from entering.
■ It is forbidden to cook any food in the tent to ensure the safety of the accommodation.
■ Do not take away all items in the tent (except towels). Violators will report to the police and compensate according to the price.
■ Do not wear indoor slippers outside the tent. Please keep the room clean and maintain the living space together. If any equipment is found dirty ex: vomit, a cleaning fee of NTD$3,000 will be charged.
■ Violators of the smoking ban in the entire camping area will be dealt with according to the law. Those who refuse to listen to repeated persuasion have the right to request to check out in order to protect the rights and interests of other residents.

※All staying passengers are requested to abide by the above regulations. If they fail to cooperate with those who abide by them, the camp owner has the right to refuse passengers to stay in the camp area on the spot.
