If you are looking for a camp area where you can party all night, drink and play, please do not make a reservation to avoid affecting the quality of the camp area and the peace of other campers. If there is no improvement after being advised, the camp reserves the right to ask the group of guests to leave immediately without refunding the fee. From 22:00 at night to 7:00 the next day in the camp, please lower the volume, speak softly, and do not make loud noises. Re-emphasized: If you cannot cooperate, please do not book. 【Children and Additional Guests Accommodation Instructions】
★Bed description: All guests, regardless of age, must occupy a bed.
2-4 person room can accommodate up to 4 persons.
2-5 person room can accommodate up to 5 persons.
★Children aged 0-6 years old can choose whether to purchase meals.
●If you do not add meals: Free accommodation, no cleaning fee, and meals with adults.
●If you add meals: The cost of three meals is NTD$1650/person. Please indicate the age of the child and whether to purchase additional meals in the order notes, and pay in cash on site, or directly select the number of children in the order.
※Additional meals are not eligible for any discount activities.
※ If you cannot comply with the above regulations, please do not place an order. Thank you for your understanding.
★Children aged 7 and above are charged as adults: Please select the correct number of guests on the booking platform.
★If you need a baby bathtub (limited to 5 pieces): please inform us in advance in the order notes.
【Notice before moving in】
●The camp area adopts an appointment system, and visitors who are not scheduled to stay are not allowed to enter the camp area.
●Pets are not allowed in the camp, except guide dogs.
●It is forbidden to use high-decibel audio equipment such as karaoke in the whole area, and please turn off the audio playback at 21:00.
●Do not carry dangerous and harmful items, such as knives, firearms and other items.
●You cannot bring raw food ingredients into the camp, and all meals will be prepared by the camp.
●To avoid being bitten by mosquitoes in the park, please be sure to wear long-sleeved trousers and bring your own mosquito repellant to avoid allergies
●There is a large temperature difference between day and night in mountainous areas, so please bring warm clothes, rain gear, sunscreen and thermal water bottle.
●There are no barrier-free facilities for the time being in the camp area, and it is not recommended for people with disabilities to participate.
●No smoking and eating betel nut in the whole area, please go to the smoking area if you have smokers.
●It is strictly forbidden to cook with fire and use induction cooker, gas stove and blowtorch inside and outside the tents in the camp area. If the tent body and the furniture in the tent are damaged, the camp area will demand compensation from the destroyer according to the market price of the damage.
●Smoking and eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the tents in the camp area. Those who eat and drink will be charged 1,500 yuan for cleaning.
●In order to ensure the quality of accommodation for tourists, gambling, playing mahjong or other illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the entire camp area and in the tent.
●Biscuits, instant noodles, beverages and alcoholic beverages are allowed in the camp area. Raw food ingredients are not allowed for dinner barbecues. You can prepare marshmallows and popcorn by yourself (bamboo forks are not provided, you need to prepare your own).
●Fireworks, fairy sticks, firecrackers and hard toys (eg: BB toy guns, throwing hard baseballs, etc.) are prohibited in the camp.
●Do not make loud noises in the camp area after 10:00 pm.
●Please keep your valuables by yourself. The camp will not be responsible for keeping any items placed in the tents and public areas.
●For the sake of cleanliness and safety in the tent, please do not eat or drink in the tent or jump on the bed; the sockets in the tent are only used for low-power-consuming equipment, and electrical products with high power consumption are prohibited, such as electric rod rolls, electromagnetic heaters, Electric cookers, refrigerators, ovens, etc., if the use of other electrical appliances causes the wires to catch fire or trip, the guest shall be liable for damages.
●In case of intentional or negligent damage, damage to the tent body, or to take away various facilities in the tent area, as well as the furniture and furnishings in the tent, the camp area will demand compensation from the destroyer according to the market price of the damaged or lost items; For example:
smell of smoke, bed-wetting, wine stains, alcohol smell, vomiting, blood stains, etc.), compensation will be requested according to the actual damage and cleaning costs.
●In order to protect the rights and interests of experience passengers, it is forbidden to bring unbooked passengers to visit the tent area, and any commercial photography and advertising photography without prior application are also completely prohibited.
[The fee includes equipment]
• Room facilities: 2 extra large double beds, toiletries, clothes rack, 1 dressing table, 1 desk, 1 double sofa, 2 chairs, heating and cooling, electric fan, quick cooker, hair dryer, separate wet and dry bathroom .
Three meals a day (including afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast)
• Afternoon tea time: 14:30～16:00
• Dinner time: 18:00～19:30
• Breakfast time: 08:00～09:00
• Park guided tours: 16:00～17:00 (provided according to the weather and manpower of the day)
• Guided tour of Dongdingshan Tea Garden: 09:15～10:00 (depending on the weather and manpower of the day)
★ All ingredients in the camp area are purchased in batches, so we can only accept egg-milk vegetarians, not vegans. Sorry for the inconvenience!
★Due to menu design and adjustment, beef and mutton are temporarily not available in the meals. Thank you for your understanding.

If you mind, please consider participating!
During the stay, when children play in the camp area, please accompany their parents and pay attention to safety. Do not run and jump in the dining area, do not throw balls, stones or hard games that can damage others' bodies or property (for example: BB toy guns) , throwing hard baseballs, stones or hard objects, etc.), if you are injured or property damaged due to the above situation, please be responsible for yourself. Wild Fun Frozen Top will not be responsible.
●The parking lot in the camp area is only available for free during the event, and it is subject to the regulations of one car, one account. If there is an increase in the number of cars, you need to inform the customer service 7 days before the event, and you can do it after approval. If this regulation is not followed, the site will be expelled from the site to safeguard the fair parking rights of all passengers.
●The camp parking lot is for parking only, please bring personal valuables with you or put it in your personal car and lock it. If there is any car body or financial loss during the event, Wild Fun Frozen Top will not provide any responsibility or obligation for custody, proof, testimony and subsequent negotiation except to assist in reporting the case.
