【Children and Additional Guests Information】
★Bed Information: All guests, regardless of age, occupy a bed.
●2-4 Person Rooms: Maximum occupancy is 4 people, including toddlers and children.
●2-5 Person Rooms: Maximum occupancy is 5 people, including toddlers and children.
★Children aged 0-6 years can choose whether or not to purchase additional meals.
●No additional meals: Free stay, no cleaning fee, meals shared with adults.
●Additional meals: The cost is NTD$1650 per person for three meals. Please indicate the child's age and whether additional meals are required in the order notes, and pay in cash on-site, or select the number of children directly in the order.
Additional meals are not eligible for any promotional offers.

One night's stay includes three meals (afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast)

• Guided tour of the park: 16:00–17:00 (subject to weather and manpower availability)
• Guided tour of Dongding Mountain Tea Garden: 09:15–10:00 (subject to weather and manpower availability)
★Due to food safety concerns, raw food is prohibited in the park, and cooking is not allowed in the tent area or dining area.
★Due to menu design and adjustments, beef and lamb are temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
★All ingredients in the camp are purchased in bulk; therefore, only lacto-ovo vegetarians are accepted. We cannot accept vegans. We apologize for any inconvenience.
【Important Notes Before Check-in】
● This camp operates on a reservation system. Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Walk-in guests are not permitted.
● Pets are not allowed in the camp, except for guide dogs.
● The camp currently lacks accessible facilities; participation is not recommended for people with mobility impairments.
● Raw food is not permitted. Meals will be prepared by the camp.
● You may bring biscuits, instant noodles in bowls, beverages, and alcoholic drinks. You may also bring your own marshmallows and popcorn (bamboo forks are not provided; please bring your own).
● Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited inside the tents. A cleaning fee of NT$1500 will be charged for those who eat or smoke.
● Smoking and betel nut chewing are prohibited throughout the camp area. Smokers are requested to use designated smoking areas.
● Fireworks, sparklers, firecrackers, and hard toys (such as BB guns, baseballs, etc.) are prohibited within the camp area.
● The use of high-decibel audio equipment such as karaoke machines is prohibited throughout the camp area. Please turn off audio equipment at 22:00 and lower your speaking volume.
● Please do not bring dangerous or harmful items, such as knives, firearms, etc.
● The temperature difference between day and night is significant in the mountains. Please bring warm clothing, rain gear, sun protection, and a thermos.
● To avoid mosquito bites in the park, please wear long-sleeved shirts and trousers, and bring your own mosquito repellent to prevent allergic reactions.
● Cooking with fire, and using induction cookers, gas stoves, or blowtorches, is strictly prohibited inside or outside the tents. Any damage to the tents or furniture inside will be subject to compensation at market value.
● To ensure the quality of accommodation for guests, gambling, playing mahjong, or other illegal activities are strictly prohibited throughout the camp and inside the tents.
● Please keep your valuables safe. The camp is not responsible for the safekeeping of any items left in the inner tents or common areas.
● For the sake of cleanliness and safety inside the tent, please do not eat or jump on the bed. The electrical outlets inside the tent are only for low-power devices. The use of high-power electrical appliances such as electric heaters, induction cookers, rice cookers, refrigerators, and ovens is prohibited. Guests will be liable for damages if electrical wiring catches fire or trips due to the use of other electrical appliances.
● In the event of intentional or negligent damage to the tent structure or the removal of any facilities, furniture, or decorations from the tent area, the camp will require the perpetrator to compensate for the damage or loss at market value. For damage caused by dirt or disorder (e.g., smoke, bedwetting, wine stains, vomit, bloodstains, etc.), compensation will be based on the actual damage and cleaning costs.
● To protect the rights of visitors, bringing unregistered visitors to the tent area is prohibited. Any unauthorized commercial photography or advertising is also strictly prohibited.

If you are allergic to mosquitoes, please avoid applying perfume or strongly scented skincare products, wear long-sleeved and long-legged clothing, and bring mosquito repellent to avoid triggering an allergic reaction. WildFunDing will not be responsible for any bites or damage caused by natural creatures, nor will it offer a refund. If you mind these precautions, please consider carefully before participating!
●During your stay, please ensure that your child is accompanied by their parents at all times while playing in the camp. Please ensure that your child does not run or jump in the dining area, or throw balls, stones, or other hard objects that could injure others or damage their property (e.g., BB guns, baseballs, stones, or other hard objects). If any injury or property damage is caused to others due to the above situations, you will be responsible for the consequences. WildFunDongDing will not be held liable.
● The camp parking lot is only available free of charge during the event and requires a one-vehicle-one-account policy. If you need to add more vehicles, you must inform customer service 7 days prior to the event for approval. Vehicles not complying with this policy may be removed on-site to protect the right of all participants to park fairly.
● The camp parking lot is for parking only. Please keep your personal valuables with you or leave them in your locked vehicle. In the event of any vehicle or property damage during the event, WildFunDongding will assist with reporting the incident but will not be responsible for safekeeping, providing evidence, witnessing, or subsequent negotiations.
