The guesthouse is surrounded by trees, offering a natural outdoor environment. Please enjoy the beauty of nature while understanding that mosquitoes, ants, and other insects may be present. Please bring your own mosquito repellent: we recommend bringing mosquito repellent or mosquito coils to protect yourself from insects. We also conduct regular pest control weekly, so you can rest assured that there will be no mosquito infestation, ensuring a high quality of accommodation.
- Safety Precautions -
Please walk carefully in the outdoor environment and avoid running to prevent falls, especially at night. The outdoor river is suitable for children to play in, but parental supervision is required to prevent accidental injuries.
- Living in Harmony with Nature -
We encourage everyone to live in harmony with nature, respect the environment, and avoid damaging trees or the ecosystem.
- Environmental Protection and Personal Hygiene -
In order to protect the environment and maintain personal hygiene, disposable slippers and reusable indoor and outdoor slippers are not provided. You can bring comfortable indoor shoes, and please bring your own outdoor slippers for short trips outdoors.

- Pet Policy -
(Only applicable to "Forest Family Room", "Garden Villa", and "Camping Cart" room types)
1. Maximum of 2 pets per room.

3. Deposit: NT$2,000 (Payable upon check-in, refundable upon check-out if no damage is found; otherwise, refund or additional payment will be made accordingly).
4. Please inform us of the number and breed of pets before check-in and bring your own pet bed.
5. Pets are prohibited from urinating or defecating indoors. Please bring your own poop tongs and small bags for outdoor cleanup.
6. Please bring: pet bed, diaper pad, dedicated towel, pet food, water bowl, food bowl, and familiar toys.
7. Pets must not be left alone in the room. They cannot jump on the bed or sofa, and cannot use the room's towels or grooming tools (pets must be leashed in outdoor public areas for safety).
8. Pets are strictly prohibited in Villa rooms. Violators will have their stay cancelled and will not receive a refund.
- BBQ Service and Regulations -
I. If you choose to purchase a BBQ set meal (Sets A, B, C, or D) through the guesthouse, you must book one week in advance.
1. The guesthouse will not provide BBQ or fire-starting services.
2. The guesthouse will provide the following equipment:
(2 packs of charcoal, charcoal tongs, barbecue tongs, scissors, paper plates, sauces, brushes, 2 grill racks, aluminum foil, tinder, gas torch, barbecue table and chairs, etc.)
3. After ordering the package, you can bring extra ingredients.
II. If you bring your own barbecue ingredients, but we do not provide equipment:
1. You are not allowed to bring your own barbecue equipment.
2. The guesthouse provides a barbecue rack, 2 grill racks, aluminum foil, and a gas torch.
3. Charcoal can be purchased on-site for NT$100 per pack.
- Public Outdoor Facilities -
1. Outdoor: Open-air terrace, garden seating, landscaped flower steps and waterway, barbecue area (reservations required).
2. Open-air bath: Daily 20:00–22:00 (please bring your own swimwear and flip-flops).
Opening hours: 20:00–22:00, water temperature approximately 40℃.
- Precautions -
1. Appropriate Attire: Wear light and comfortable swimwear or bathrobes, avoiding wearing too much or too little.
2. Rubber Shoes: Wear rubber shoes around the hot spring to prevent slipping and protect your feet.
3. Acclimatization Time: Slowly acclimatize to the water temperature before entering to avoid sudden discomfort.
4. Drinking Water: Stay hydrated, but avoid drinking from the spring water to prevent discomfort due to high mineral content.
5. Bring a Towel: Bring a towel to dry your body and wrap yourself in it to keep warm after soaking.
6. Moderate Soaking: Do not oversoak, especially if you feel dizzy or unwell; leave the water immediately.
7. Supervise Children: If children are with you, ensure they are supervised to prevent accidents.
8. Skin Protection: If you have skin sensitivities or other medical conditions, consult a doctor before going to the hot spring and take appropriate skin care precautions.
9. Cleanse Your Body: Wash your body after soaking to prevent mineral residue from the spring water from remaining on your skin. Safety precautions should be taken depending on the specific circumstances.
