[Notes on adding people]
★Luxury camping room type: 0~2 years old: free if not occupying a bed, does not include breakfast, supplies, or extra bed.
Ages 3~12 (inclusive) and above: NTD$1,500 per person, including breakfast, dinner, supplies, and bed in the original room. Other items not mentioned are not provided.
13 years old (inclusive) and above: NTD$2500 per person, including breakfast, dinner, amenities, and bed in the original room. Other items not mentioned are not provided.
★Please place your order based on the actual age of the number of people
★The room rate includes the cost for 2 adults, and can be added to a maximum of 4 adults
【Pet Treaty】
★Pet cleaning fee is $300/pet, please note on the order and pay to the camp on site
-On the principle of not affecting the activities of other guests.
-Please do not bathe furry children in the bathroom space.
-It is strictly prohibited to give restaurant bowls to furry children.
-Do not go to bed, do not stay alone in the room, and do not defecate indoors.
- Furry children must have a pet cage when entering indoor spaces and restaurants.
- Please do not use the white bath towels or towels in the room to wipe your furry baby.
- Please do not use the electric blanket in the room to keep your furry child warm.
- Please take the initiative to clean up your furry children’s excrement to keep the park environment clean and tidy.
-If the furry child loses control, barks or gets into arguments, the owner should take the initiative to comfort or take him away from the scene.
【Information before check-in】
1. The check-in time is after 3 pm on the day of reservation; the check-out time is before 12 noon the next day.
2. It is recommended that the luggage should be as light and simple as possible. You can mainly bring a change of clothes and warm clothes.
3. Please be sure to bring your personal medicines.
4. The village is bounded by Liyu Pond to the north and Da'an River to the south. Because it is the intersection of north and south climates, the wind will be slightly stronger in the afternoon, and the wind will weaken in the evening, and there will be a slight chill.
5. If the weather conditions are not good, the event will be moved indoors or replaced.
6. The water temperature of the large and small paddling pools will change with the seasons, so please use it at your own discretion.
7. When entering the paddling pool, you must wear a swimsuit, swimming trunks, and a swimming cap before entering the water. Paddling pool opening hours: 09:00~12:00 15:00~18:00 (open all year round)
※ All tents in the park are thoughtfully equipped with heating and cooling air conditioners. However, the heating and cooling air conditioners need to be at the appropriate operating temperature to start operating normally. The temperature in the mountains is more extreme than in the city on the ground. The low temperature in winter will occasionally prevent the heater from starting normally. If this happens, The park will provide other heating equipment; if the heater cannot reach the working temperature due to extreme temperatures and cannot start normally, it is not a failure of the heater or the park equipment. The park colleagues will provide other supporting measures for warmth. Please forgive me. Please do not use this as a basis for negative reviews or customer complaints, and please do not give excessive reprimands and abuse to on-site service colleagues. Men's restroom: 2 sitting rooms, 2 urinals, 4 shower rooms
Women's restrooms: 3 sitting rooms, shower rooms: 4
Hot water/electricity are provided 24 hours a day.
【Accommodation Agreement】
● The furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, appliances, etc. in the tent are the property of the camp. If they are damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price. If there is any damage or unavailability, please notify us immediately so we can prepare for the next guest.
● Smoking or cooking is strictly prohibited in the tent.
● Playing mahjong, gambling, drinking, high-decibel speakers, and karaoke are strictly prohibited.
● The manor is not open to visitors.
● Bicycling is prohibited in the manor.
● The plants in the manor are mainly for ornamental purposes. Please do not pick or trample the flower beds at will.
● Parents please pay attention to children's safety and avoid climbing stones, trees, and sculptures to avoid danger.
● Do not go to unopened areas without permission to avoid danger. If an accident occurs, you are responsible for your own responsibility.
● Cherish water resources, reduce the amount of garbage and classify it correctly. It is your shared responsibility to care for the earth.
● The birdcage stereo, toilet bag, hot water bottle, flip-flops, etc. in the room are not disposable and can be purchased at the counter if needed.
● The use of all kinds of firecrackers and fireworks is strictly prohibited in the manor. If the tents, landscaping and items in the park are damaged, compensation will be paid according to the price.
● Please do not check out late. In case of late check-out, compensation fees will be incurred.
● Please call to inform us in advance if you check in overtime. If you check in overtime without calling in advance, no refunds will be given and the campsite will not be reserved.
● Please provide identification documents or passport upon check-in for check-in.
● Please keep your personal valuables properly. We are not responsible for any loss, so please forgive me.
【Tips for Pet Accommodation】
● Bringing pets must be noted in the booking form and informed to the hotel in advance.
● There is no charge for bringing pets in the hotel, but if the items are damaged or seriously dirty, additional fees will be charged depending on the situation.
● Do not allow pets to defecate indoors.
● Pets are not allowed to get on the sofa or bed when they enter the room.
● Pets cannot be left alone in the room. If you go out, you need to take your pet with you.
● Please do not bathe pets in the bathroom space.
● It is strictly prohibited to use restaurant bowls for pets.
● Pets need to bring their own items and beds, which are not provided by the park.
● Pets must have pet cages or strollers when entering indoor spaces and restaurants.
