According to Ministry of Finance, R.O.C. Letter No.821481937, AsiaYo will provide the electronic receipt of the travel agency within 2-5 working days after check-out, and will send it to your member's mailbox by email.

【Additional person fee explanation】
■ Children under 6 years old are free of charge, without extra bed, meals or amenities.
■ Children aged 7 and above are charged NT$1,000 per person, including breakfast, afternoon tea, amenities and extra beds.

【Accommodation Rules】
■ Entry time: after 14:00 in the afternoon; exit time: before 11:00 the next morning. Please enter and exit at the specified time to avoid affecting the rights and interests of other visitors.
■ Please call us in advance if you check in after the due date. No refund will be made and the campsite will not be reserved without prior notification.
■ Provide relevant identity documents or passport for check-in upon check-in.
■ Please park your vehicle according to the signs on the site or the instructions of the management staff. Do not enter the camping lawn or park arbitrarily to avoid affecting the traffic flow or causing safety problems.
■ To maintain peace at night, please lower the volume and refrain from making loud noises between 22:00 and 07:00 the next morning.
■ Excessive drinking, gambling, drug use or other illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported according to law.
■ Karaoke, the use of all kinds of firecrackers, fireworks and sky lanterns are prohibited to maintain peace and prevent forest fires.
■ To maintain environmental quality, fires are only allowed in designated areas within the camp.
■ To protect the environment, please bring your own personal toiletries.
■ Please keep your valuable personal belongings properly. We will not be responsible if they are lost. Thank you for your understanding.

【Reminders for pets in camp】
■ If you bring a pet, you must make a note on your order and inform the owner in advance.
■ There is no charge for bringing pets. If items are damaged or severely soiled, additional charges may apply.
■ Do not allow pets to defecate or urinate anywhere.
■ Pets are required to bring their own cages when entering the tent and are not allowed to go on the sofa or bed at will.
■ If your pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, please try to stop it to avoid disturbing other passengers.
■ Pets cannot be left alone in the tent. If you go out, you must bring your pet with you.
■ Maintain pet accommodation etiquette and keep pets on a leash or in a cage when traveling.
■ Please do not bring any pets (animals) that are listed as controlled, dangerous, aggressive, or uncontrolled. To protect the safety of campers, the camp owner reserves the right to refuse entry to the campsite.
■ If you injure others or damage other people’s equipment, please be responsible for it yourself. This camp has nothing to do with it.
