【Accommodation Rules】
Rule 1: In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people in the room. If you need to add people, please inform in advance. (If the number of occupants exceeds the number of people notified at the time of booking, the owner of the homestay will have the right to refuse the excess number of people to enter all areas of the homestay)
Rule 2: Total ban on smoking. If smoking is found, you will be charged a minimum compensation fee of TWD$3000.
Rule 3: If you need to check in early, it depends on the passengers who check out on the same day and the cleanliness.
Rule 4: Pets are welcome, please maintain pet accommodation etiquette, and a cleaning fee will be charged accordingly.
★ Pet cleaning and disinfection fee: small dogs (below 15kg) TWD$300, medium dogs (15-20kg) TWD$500, large dogs (above 20kg) TWD$800, furry children can enter the room! However, please do not defecate anywhere. Please defecate outdoors or use a urine pad. If you damage the items in the house, you will be charged according to the price. "
Rule 5: The hotel cannot provide luggage storage service, sorry for any inconvenience.
Rule 6: No late check-out. In case of late check-out, there will be a compensation fee.
Rule 7: Please call to inform in advance when you check in after the time limit. If you are overdue and have not called in advance, you will not be refunded and the room will not be reserved.
Rule 8: Provide relevant identification documents or passport upon check-in for check-in.
Rule 9: The furniture, electrical appliances, decorations, utensils, etc. in the house are the property of the hotel. If they are damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price. If there is any damage or unavailability, please let us know in time so that we can prepare for the next guest.
Rule 10: When going out, please lock the door, and turn off the lights, air conditioners and other electrical appliances in the guest room.
Rule 11: Personal valuables, please keep them safe, if lost, we will not be responsible, please forgive me.
Rule 12: Barbecue venue: A cleaning fee of TWD$1,000 will be charged for the barbecue, and barbecue ingredients can be ordered on your behalf.
