【Accommodation Rules】
1. We do not live in the B&B, please contact us half an hour before check-in so that we can open the door for you. Check-in before six o'clock will give a small gift for children.
2. The check-in time is after 3:00 p.m., and the check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. of the next day. If you are overtime, you will be charged 50% of the room rate. After 2:00 p.m., you will be charged the full-day room rate. Please check out on time.
3. If you cannot check in before 6:00 p.m. on the same day, please call to inform us of the approximate check-in time to confirm the reservation of the room. If you are unable to contact you after calling in the future, the room will not be reserved and the deposit will not be refunded, which is inconvenient Please forgive me!
4. Responding to environmental protection and loving the earth, there will be no cleaning of the room and replacement of bedding, bath towels and towels on the second day of the same room type.
5. In order to provide a healthy and high-quality accommodation environment for babies, smoking and alcohol abuse are completely prohibited in this building (including indoors, toilets and room balconies). If you cannot comply with this regulation, we will ask you to check out immediately once other tenants report it. No refunds, sorry for the inconvenience.
6. Do not hang or climb the facilities in the room (except the rock climbing wall on the fifth floor). If it is damaged or damaged due to improper use, compensation will be made according to the market price. Please take care of the game facilities in the room together.
7. There are facilities such as slides and toys in the room. Parents must pay attention to the safety of their babies during their stay. Cushions are provided on the slide, allowing children to sit and slide.
8. Opening hours of the public game space on the first and second floors:
▪️8:00 am to 10:00 pm (11:00-15:00 is not available for electric vehicle charging time)
▪️The public space on the first floor can be used normally at night, please lower the volume of the conversation to avoid affecting the rest of other guests.
▪️If you have finished using the public game room on the second floor, please return the toys to the original place when you leave, and please be sure to turn off the lights and air conditioners to save energy.
9. There is a small refrigerator in the room. In order to improve the quality of sleep, it is not plugged in. If necessary, users can troubleshoot and plug it in by themselves.
10. Please pay attention to the volume in the room after 10 o'clock in the evening, and do not run or jump in the woodwork area, so as not to affect the quality of rest of other tenants and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.
11. In order to take into account the quality of accommodation, if you have relatives and friends who have not booked a room, you will not be allowed to enter the homestay to rest or wait or visit, so as not to affect the rights and interests of other guests. If you enter without consent, we have the right to refuse your check-in, please forgive me.
12. Pets are not allowed to stay with you. If you have a companion, please take the trouble to take them to a pet hotel exclusively for them!
13. Do not bring public space toys back into the room (of course you can’t take them home!).
14. In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people in the room. If you need to add people, please inform in advance, and the charges will be charged according to the rules for adding people and extra beds.
【Kids Zone】
■ Children over 3 years old (inclusive) will be charged as adults (please select the number of people carefully!)
■ Additional person: only 1 additional person (only for children under 3 years old), toilet supplies are provided, bedding and breakfast coupons are not provided.
■ Extra bed: Extra bed service (maximum one bed) can be provided, TWD＄600/person, toiletries, bedding, and breakfast coupons are provided.
■ Increased bedding costs:
‧ Quilt TWD＄100/piece
‧ Pillows TWD＄50/piece
■ The actual charging standard is still subject to the official regulations of the hotel
