【B&B features】
● Provide exclusive parking space (8 parking spaces), which can park sightseeing cars.
● Provide a public kitchen with kitchen utensils: cutlery, pots, refrigerator, water dispenser.
● Provide barbecue venue and order barbecue ingredients service. The barbecue venue usage fee is NTD$1000.
● Barbecue venues can provide: barbecue grill, barbecue stove, barbecue net, spray gun, clips (2~3 pieces), charcoal
● Provide karaoke.
● Provide electric mahjong table, mahjong supplies
● Outdoor children's play area with children's walkers, swing cars, racing tracks
● Provide washing machine and dehydrator

【Notice before moving in】
● No smoking indoors and no chewing of betel nut, please go outside on the 1F for smoking.
● Illegal sexual behaviors such as drug use and gambling are strictly prohibited in the house. If they are found, they will be reported to the police.
● At 10:00 pm, please control the volume and do not make loud noises, which will cause the hotel to have a poor look and feel.
● A deposit of NTD$5,000 is required for the package building. After checking out, the housekeeper confirms that there is no damage or violation, and the remittance will be refunded on the same day.
● Check-in time is 15:30 pm and check-out time is before 11:00 am.
● In order to maintain public safety, there are monitors in public spaces, and it is strictly forbidden to touch or cover them.
● Please return the room key on the counter when checking out. If it is lost, it will be charged NTD$500 per pair.
● Please check in according to the number of people in the room. If the number of additional people is not notified in advance, an additional NTD$1500/person will be charged.
● In order to maintain the quality and safety of the accommodation, non-residents are not allowed to enter.
● Please keep your personal valuables properly. We will not be responsible for any loss, please forgive me.
● Do not use dangerous items such as gas stoves or induction cookers in the room, and please turn off the lights and save water.
● Please do not damage the items in the house. If you find any damage or loss when you check out, you will be charged according to the price.
● Borrow pots and pans, tableware, please clean and put them back after use.
● There are railings and stairs in the homestay. Please do not chase or climb. Parents are requested to restrain children's behavior.

【Charge standard for additional person】
● No extra bed service is provided. Extra person but no extra bed, NTD$500/person on weekdays, $1,000/person on holidays, and NTD$1,500/person during the Spring Festival; the fee will be charged on-site.
● Children under the age of 5 will not be charged extra if they do not occupy a bed. There is a limit of 1 extra person per room.

【Tips for pet accommodation】
● Pets must be mentioned in the order and inform the hotel in advance.
● The hotel will charge a cleaning fee for pets: NTD$500/day for small dogs; NTD$800/day for medium-sized dogs; NTD$1,000/day for large dogs. The fee will be charged on-site. Damaged or heavily soiled items are subject to additional charges.
● Do not allow pets to urinate indoors.
● Pets are not allowed to sit on the sofa and bed when they enter the room.
● Pets cannot use towels in the room.
● If the pet will bark in an unfamiliar environment, please try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
● Pets cannot be left alone in the room. If you go out, you need to bring your pets with you.
