【Before you go】
■ A deposit of TWD$5000 is required for the private building. After check-out, the housekeeper confirms that there is no damage or violation, and the remittance will be refunded on the same day.
■ Check-in time is from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm, please contact the customer service staff 30 minutes before arriving at the homestay, so that the housekeeper will come to the homestay to receive you. Customer service Tel: 0916039707.
■ Check-out time is before 11:00AM. In order to maintain the cleanliness of the room and the rights and interests of the next group of guests, late check-out is not allowed. If it exceeds half an hour, TWD$1,000 will be charged for 1 hour, and TWD$2,000 will be charged for each room for 2 hours.
■ When checking in, please show your ID card or passport, register for accommodation, and sign the check-in agreement.

▲Please pay attention to the following key regulations: If you violate one of the following regulations, the room fee and deposit will not be refunded, and you have the right to ask passengers to check out and compensate for related losses

■Key 1. "Drugs, smoking, chewing betel nuts and spitting out betel nut juice are strictly prohibited" and illegal behaviors such as gambling will be reported to the police if found. Smokers should stay on the balcony or outdoors.

■Key point 2. Please avoid chatting outdoors at 10:00 p.m., please control and lower the volume indoors, and do not make loud noises, which will affect the peace of nearby residents. If the public reports/alarms the police, leading to a bad impression of the homestay, and those who refuse to listen to repeated persuasion, the homestay can ask passengers to check out immediately.

[Tips for pet accommodation]
■ Pets must be noted in the order and a deposit must be paid on site, and the hotel must be notified in advance.
■ If any item is damaged or seriously dirty, depending on the situation, the housekeeper will detain the deposit as appropriate.

■ Do not let pets defecate anywhere indoors.
■ Pets are not allowed to go on the sofa or bed at will when they enter the room.
■ Pets are not allowed to use the towels in the room.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
■ Pets cannot stay in the room alone. If you go out, you need to take your pets with you.


※In order to maintain public safety, there are monitors in public spaces, and it is strictly forbidden to touch or cover them.
※Be sure to return the door key on the counter when checking out, and take a photo and send it back to LINE customer service. If you lose it, you will be charged TWD$500 for each pair.
※Please check in according to the number of people in the reservation. If the number of people increases without prior notice, an additional accommodation fee of TWD$1500/person will be charged.
※In order to maintain the quality and safety of accommodation, non-residents are prohibited from entering.
※Please keep your personal valuables properly, and we will not be responsible for any loss, please forgive me.
※Do not use dangerous items such as gas stoves or induction cookers in the room, and please turn off the lights and save water.
※Please do not damage the items in the house. If you find any damage or loss when you check out, you will be required to pay for it.
※Borrow pots, pans and tableware, please clean and put them back after use.
※There are railings and stairs in the homestay, please do not chase or climb. Parents are requested to restrain children's behavior.
