House Rules

1. Check-in time: after 3 p.m. Check-out time: before 1 p.m.
If you do not check-out after 1 p.m., you will be charged a fee of NT$ 500 per hour.

2. In accordande with relevant government regulations, please present your ID document to ensure the safety of your stay.

3. Pets are not allowed to check-in. If the guests don’t inform
that they will have the pets with them beforehand , they will be refused to stay and the deposit will not be refunded.

4. To maintain the quality of accommodation and the rights of other guests, smoking, gambling, and alcoholism are not allowed in the house. It is also forbidden to play mahjong or any illegal activites in the hall. If there is a violation, the guests will be refused permission to stay and the deposit will not be refunded.
5. To avoid danger, please do not use any cooking, gas or heating appliances that are not epuipped in the guest room.

6. If the number of guests staying exceeds the number of guests informed at the time of booking, the extra guests will be refused permission to enter all the areas belonged to GH House.

7. Please keep your room card carefully. You have to pay NT$600 as compensation if you lose it.

8. To take care of the quality and safety of the accommodation, all the vistors are not allowed to enter or stay overnight in the guest rooms.

9. If the guests are parents and children, the parents have to teach the children not to chase or scream loudly indoors that might affect other guests. The garden pool is only for the landscape. Do not play near the pool or in the pool. If any accidents happen because of trespassing into the pool, the guests have to agree to waive the right to claim any legal responsibilities and compensation from the owner.

10. To maintain the quality and tranquility of the accommodation, please lower your voice after 10 p.m. All the indoor and outdoor activities have to be ended before 10 p.m.

11. To take care of the safety of the stay, the iron gate will be pulled down at 11 p.m. All the guests have to come back before then. If the guests need to go out after 11 p.m., please inform the counter staff in advance.

12. Please take good care of the valuables while staying at GH House and at the parking lot.
