According to Ministry of Finance, R.O.C. Letter No.821481937, AsiaYo will provide the electronic receipt of the travel agency within 2-5 working days after check-out, and will send it to your member's mailbox by email.

★Children aged 0-3 years (inclusive) are free of charge, excluding meals and homemade dishes.
★Children aged 4-12 years (NTD$1500 per person), including welcome snacks, children's dinner, breakfast, amenities, and existing bedding. Other items not mentioned are not provided.
★Children aged 13 years and above (NTD$2000 per person), including welcome snacks, adult dinner, breakfast, amenities, and existing bedding. Other items not mentioned are not provided.
Please place your reservation based on the actual age of the group.
. To maintain the dining environment, food quality, and hygiene safety, the park prohibits all raw food and food-related ingredients (except cookies, snacks, and beverages).
. Eating, drinking, and drinking are prohibited in the tent. Any inadvertent soiling or damage to the tent will be charged accordingly.
. A cleaning fee of $2000 will be charged for alcoholic beverages brought in, which can be deducted from beverages at the restaurant.
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, and fans. Please do not bring any other electrical appliances over 800W, as this may cause electrical shock.
To maintain the park's environmental protection, cooking and the use of induction cookers are strictly prohibited inside or outside the tents.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the park. Please smoke in the smoking areas.
To maintain the quality of the guest accommodation, the use of loudspeakers is prohibited. Please keep the volume down after 10:00 PM.
To maintain the quality of the accommodation for other guests, pets are currently only allowed in the private room (except guide dogs; please inform us in advance when booking).
Bath towels, shampoo, and shower gel are provided. To promote environmental protection and green tourism, disposable amenities (such as toothpaste and toothbrushes) are not provided.
During the normal rainy season and afternoon thunderstorms, no cancellations or extensions will be accepted. Extensions will be treated as cancellations and will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
〔Habby Shelter Pet Agreement〕
* A cleaning fee of $500 per pet is charged.
* Please ensure your pet is dewormed, flea-free, and bathed before check-in.
* If your pet has a habit of urinating and defecating in designated areas, gentlemen are required to bring them with them.
Ladies, please use diapers to keep the room clean.
*To maintain the quality of your stay, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Pets are not allowed on beds, alone in rooms (except those with cages), or in the rooms.
Pets are not allowed to urinate or defecate in the rooms.
Pets are not allowed to be blown or combed in the rooms. Do not bathe pets in the bathroom.
*Pets must be on a leash or use a stroller, transport cage, or finger leash while in the park. They should not disturb others.
*A security deposit of NT$2,000 (cash) will be charged per tent on the day of check-in.
*A full refund will be made upon check-out if no damage is found to the tent. Any damage will be compensated at the original cost.
