■ The Guest is responsible for the room (s) during the Guest\\\'s stay. This responsibility includes:
□ taking reasonable care of the room (s);
□ leaving the room (s) at the end of the stay with all room fixtures, fittings and equipment on, in or about the room in a clean and tidy condition;
□ not removing anything from the room.
■ The Guest is liable for any breakages or damage caused to the room (s) that occurs during the Guest\\\'s stay. When you arrive at your room, if you notice any per-existing damages or breakages, please report these to our staff immediately. Resort staff reserves the right to inspect the property at any time during your stay.
【PROPERTY SUITABILITY】
■ Guests must review all room (s) amenities, specifications and unique characteristics, including environmental conditions, to verify that the room (s) you have selected will be suitable before you book. Unusual features, limited accessibility, or be sited amidst potentially hazardous situations (eg lakefront). Guests with mobility challenges or those traveling with children are specifically advised to view property floor plans (available online) and to discuss concerns or requirements with our reservation department as you will not be able to cancel upon arrival.
【AGE OF GUESTS】
■ The leading group member making a booking must be over 21 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 18 years of age. Bookings made through a third party or family members will be considered upon prior approval.
【OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS AND RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS】
■ Each room (s) has specific occupancy limits and rules of conduct, and these are strictly enforced. The number of adults and children to occupy the room (s) must be stated at the time of booking and must not exceed the allowed number of guests. Property lines, privacy, and the quiet enjoyment of neighbors are to be respected at all times, with quiet hours observed between 9pm and 7am each night.

【HOW TO REACH THE RESORT】
■ Suratthani Airport (https://goo.gl/maps/PgQsHr4h57qhgCdf6)
□ Approximately 70 kms. – 1 hour drive from Suratthani airport. Head northwest on AH2 road and make a U-turn and continue for about 13.5 km. then slightly turn left (do not get on to the over bridge). Turn right at the intersection and continue for 31.7 km. After reaching Ban Ta Khun passing “Tesco Lotus” supermarket, make a right turn to the traffic light and continue driving for about 8.8 km. turn left on road number 3062 and continue the drive till you reach the pier.
■ Chiew Larn Lake:
□ From the jetty, you will need a long-tail boat that will take approximately 1 hr. & 30 mins. Just to reach the resort, you can either arrange it with us or you can arrange it by yourself on your arrival with the jetty. Our prices might be higher that the unusual charge thou we guarantee your transportation and insurance not like the other long-tail boat operators.
【LONG-TAIL BOAT & NATIONAL PARK RULES】
■ Long-tail boats are only allowed to operate from 06:00 till 18:00. After the said operating hours, guest will not have any opportunity to travel by long-tail boat, make sure that you study the timing of your arrival and departure details as the resort will not be held responsible or making a refunding to any miss calculation of your stay.
■ “NO PLASTIC” National Park headquarters is implementing a “NO PLASTIC” policy, we recommend you to avoid any kind of plastic.
【CELL PHONE & INTERNET COVERAGE】
■ There is no cell phone & internet coverage at the resort, make sure that you have contact your family or friends before staying at our resort.
■ In case you will need to make emergency call to your family or friends, satellite phone is available at the reception area, please contact our staff. Extra charge will occur while making a call, prices will be varying per minute from domestic and international call.
【OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES】
■ The resort holds a “NO OUTSIDE Food & Beverage” policy, if you need to bring your own special food or beverage, extra surcharge will be charge. We recommend you to contact us in advance so we can make the arrangement for you.
