Guests must transfer to the property via boat and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 11:30 AM - 7:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. This property is located on Koh Lon island and is accessible via 15-minute boat ride (surcharge) from Chalong Bay Pier in Phuket; the meeting point is Sala, next to Kan Eang Restaurant. Boat transfers to the property are available from 10:30-11 AM and 2-6 PM. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival to arrange transfers. The listed mandatory transfer fee covers boat transfers, payable to the property directly.
You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes: Boat transfer per adult: THB 600 (roundtrip)Boat transfer per child: THB 600 (roundtrip), from 12 to 18 years old We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

For refunds due to cancellations or early checkouts will refund your original payment method (including credit card, ATM transfer and digital wallets) as long as the refund policy are complied with. Refund timeline to credit cards depends on the progress of individual credit card companies in their account settlement, which would take about 3 to 14 working days.
