There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Guests are recommended to download the property's ST Signature Chat-In mobile app before check-in. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. There is no front desk at this property. Guests check-in and access their guestroom via the ST Signature Chat-In app on their smartphone. Guests can check-in via the app up to 24 hours prior to the check-in date, but the cabin access PIN code will only be activated at 3 PM on the check-in date. Guests will receive an email with access codes prior to their arrival. It is the property’s policy that children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians and provide proof of this relationship in order to check-in. Other adults traveling with children must present a notarized permission document from a parent or guardian with supporting photo ID.
Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
