Guests must transfer to the property via Airplane and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property is accessible only by seaplane transfer from Velana International Airport (MLE). The flight is 25-35 minutes in duration. Guests must contact the property with their international flight details at least 4 days before their expected arrival date so that the property can pre-book seaplane transfers (surcharge). Any flight booking made within 3 days before arrival is subject to availability. Guests will have access to the seaplane lounge at Velana Airport while they wait for their flight to the property. Seaplane transfers are provided by a third party and transfers in connection with all international flights will be arranged by them. Every effort will be made to transfer guests to the resort within 2 hours of their arrival at the lounge. Seaplane operating hours between the resort and the airport are available from 6 AM to 4 PM (during daylight hours only). Seaplane baggage allowance is 44 pounds (20 kilograms) for checked bags, and 11 pounds (5 kilograms) for carry-on bags, per person. Fees of USD 5 per kilogram apply for excess baggage, excluding taxes.
