This winter, I stayed at a guesthouse in Korea and realized that unlike air-conditioned rooms in Taiwan, guesthouses generally rely on underfloor heating. The first day, the temperature was -10 degrees Celsius, which was quite difficult to adjust to. Only two of the four beds in the room had electric blankets. After I mentioned this to the guesthouse owner, they immediately and thoughtfully bought two brand-new electric blankets so everyone could sleep warmly. Also, I thought the guesthouse would clean for us, but it turned out we had to throw our trash in the bins at the back door on the first floor. I hadn't known this for two days, and the kind owner, upon learning of this, immediately came to take care of it for us. I am truly grateful for your thoughtfulness and care, which made our trip so much warmer and more touching.
