【Accommodation Rules】
■ Smoking is restricted to outdoor parking lots. *Please dispose of cigarette butts by yourself. All other areas of the premises are non-smoking. (also not allowed in the garden)
■ No pets are allowed.
■ Towels are not changed during the stay.
■ Parties and events are not permitted.
■ Do not make loud noises in the house.
■ No entry, areas marked "staff only".
■ Disposal of fire (fireworks, candles, etc.) within the facility is prohibited.
■ In order to strictly observe capacity, we do not allow anyone other than registered guests to enter the room.
■ According to the Lodging Act, all tenants are required to submit the following documents: Name, Current Address, Occupation, Nationality, Passport (for all tenants) Please be sure to include one copy, passport and a photo of the tenant's ID in the passport.
■ 1 bedroom (2 single beds) for less than 2 people. If you want to separate the bedrooms, please inform the property in advance. An additional charge of 5,883 yen is required (the fee depends on the site)
■ Breakfast option: 1,500 yen/person x number of people who make reservations (only breakfast fee is paid on site, and the cost depends on the site). The dining area is "Sako 176" within a one-minute walk. Please apply at least two weeks in advance. (This is a new service starting October 2022)

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
