1. Please take off your shoes at the entrance.

6. Please turn off all the lights, and AC before you leave house.

8. Please do not lose house key or you have to pay for new one.
9. Please call or message me immediately if something happens to you.
10. If you want check-out late, please let me know. If next guest check-in late or no guest stay. I will let you late check-out.
11. If your check-out too late and affect cleaning job, you might have to pay my cleaning fee.
12. If you leave something big things like baby cars or suitcases in the house, I need to charge you for disposal fee.
