【Accommodation Rules】
■ If you need an extra bed, you need to inform in advance.
■ If there are children staying, please inform the age in advance.
■ Check-in time: 3:00 pm - 12:00 pm; Check-out time: before 11:00 noon every day.
■ Early check-in can be reserved in advance. Please let us know in advance if you check in late.
■ The building, guest rooms and balconies are completely non-smoking. In order to respect the rights of other residents, please do not smoke indoors! (If violations cause fire or furniture absorbs smoke and cause loss, compensation will be made according to the price)
■ Do not step indoors wearing outdoor shoes. (to avoid scratching the board)
■ Garbage sorting (please pack the broken glass well) Japan has stricter sorting, and the garbage will be returned if it is not properly sorted.
■ In accordance with Japanese regulations, we will sign a short-term accommodation contract when the tenant checks in, and at the same time keep a copy of the tenant's passport, and take care of data security.
■ Japanese accommodation needs to maintain the tranquility of the community. Please do not hold parties or make loud noises in the room during your stay to avoid affecting other residents.
■ Early check-in or late check-out will be charged (1,000 yen per hour). (The cost depends on the site)
■ There is a cleaning fee upon check-out: 6,000 yen for a suite, and 30,000 yen for a house. (The cost depends on the site)

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
