The location is pretty good. The nearest station is Chai You Station. The host received us very carefully, provided us with a good accommodation environment, and also told us many nearby information.

1．Make sure you are at the right house before you ring the doorbell.
2. Check in from 15:00p.m. and check out by 11:00a.m.
3. Please remove your shoes inside the door (slippers supplied)
4. Please close the windows at night and keep the noise down
Please avoid talking loudly or making too much noise
Please remember, wheeled suitcases will cause an annoying noise especially early in the morning and late at night
Please be careful about maintaining a peaceful and quiet enviroment
5. No parties
6. Additional guests who are not included in the reservation and arrive at our house without agreement in advance will be charged at a rate 50% higher than our regular rate for extra guests.
7. Please smoke in the designated area
Smoking on the street is prohibited throughout the entire city
Smoking while walking is, of course, prohibited, as well as smoking while standing using a portable ashtray
Pease remember, even though you smoke inside the facility, the neighbors or passengers by will smell the smoke depending on the wind direction
8. Please switch off the air conditioning and lights, and lock the external door when you go out
9. Please be sure to put your garbage in the right place inside the facility
Littering is a nuisance to neighborhood
Littering is prohibited in the public area such as the streets, parks and squares by ordinance.
10. Do not keep items in common spaces such as hallways and stairs
It is important to ensure escape routes in case of emergency such as fire and earthquake
11. Please be careful of possible causes of fire
Please use the range/heater carefully and safely

Asakusa James house is located in traditional Japanese downtown and have 6 roomes, the 1st floor, 3 roomes for 6 peoples, dining and bathroom , 2nd floor, 3 rooms for 10 peoples.
It is easy accessing to Keisei line, this line is very very convinient, you can go for Asakusa, Skytree, Ginza, Haneda and Narita airport without transfer.

What should I do if I want to amend or cancel this booking?
Once a booking is complete, you will find a link to the member center in your booking confirmation email where you can check/print your booking details or cancellations. If you want to modify your order, please cancel the original order first and then set up a new one.

For refunds due to cancellations or early checkouts will refund your original payment method (including credit card, ATM transfer and digital wallets) as long as the refund policy are complied with.
