1. Is there anywhere I can leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
There is space to leave your luggage in the room, but unfortunately there is no place to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. If you would like to leave your luggage before check-in, we may be able to accommodate, so please contact us in advance.
2. Will the apartment be cleaned during my stay?
A professional cleaning staff will clean the apartment before the guest's arrival and after the guest checks out. In order to respect the individual's privacy, no one other than the guest will be allowed inside the apartment during the guest's stay. (If you would like the apartment cleaned or the sheets changed during your stay, this can be done for an additional fee.)
3. Can I check in early or check out late?
We are sorry, but we do not offer early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in may be possible depending on other guests' schedules, so please contact us in advance.
4. Please tell me how to get to the room.
Due to security reasons, we will send you detailed directions to the room after your reservation is completed.

You can use the third floor of a three-story building.
There is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor, and the owner's family lives on the second floor. The room is completely private. Please rest assured that you will not be sharing with other people during your stay.

1. Please note that the duvet cover and sheets may differ from those shown in the photo due to washing procedures.
2. As this facility is a government-approved lodging facility, we are required to obtain the information of all guests (name, address, occupation, and a copy of the passport for those not of Japanese nationality). We appreciate your cooperation.
3. If any cigarette butts or other traces of smoking are found in the room, a fine of 300,000 yen will be imposed.
Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
