【Accommodation Rules】
■ Wireless internet is only available in the living area. The signal in the bedroom is weak.
■ Family only (no friend groups allowed)
■ Only the living room, kitchen, and bedroom 1 have air conditioning; bedroom 2 has a fan in summer and a stove in winter.
■ Smoking is restricted to outdoor parking lots. *Please dispose of cigarette butts by yourself. All other areas of the premises are non-smoking. (also not allowed in the garden)
■ No pets are allowed.
■ Towels are not changed during the stay.
■ Parties and events are not permitted.
■ Do not make loud noises in the house.
■ No entry, areas marked "staff only".
■ Disposal of fire (fireworks, candles, etc.) within the facility is prohibited.
■ In order to strictly observe capacity, we do not allow anyone other than registered guests to enter the room.
■ According to the Lodging Act, all tenants are required to submit the following documents: Name, Current Address, Occupation, Nationality, Passport (for all tenants) Please be sure to include one copy, passport and a photo of the tenant's ID in the passport.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
