[Discount and cashback process/conditions]

■Boat procedures:
1. When arriving at Kansai Airport, please go to the airport Bay Shuttle Kobe High Speed Boat (Kobe High Speed Boat) ticket counter* to show your passport (required for each person taking the boat), the name of the person who booked the room, and the ticket booking confirmation letter (booking Members only need to present it in one go) to confirm their qualifications for boarding.
2. Take the free shuttle bus from the airport to the pier to the pier (about 10 minutes).
3. Please show the QR code when boarding to take the high-speed boat to Kobe.
※The above process requires the scanned ferry ticket QR code (number of copies). Please ensure that your letter can be presented, or you can take a screenshot or photocopy the paper for later use.
【Precautions】
■Bay Shuttle Kobe Express (Kobe Ferry) ticket counter: There are ticket counters on the 1st floor and Terminal 2 of Kansai International Airport.
■Please confirm that all passengers on board are passengers holding Japan's "short-stay visa". Passengers with dual nationality/Japanese nationality/Japanese long-term visa will not be able to use this discount. If you want to board, you will need to pay the price difference of 1,380 yen on site.
■If you are unable to meet your scheduled departure time due to flight delays, natural disasters, etc. on the day of boarding, you can inform the staff at the ticket counter to assist in changing to other flights on the day. Please pay attention to the bus schedule.
■If there is a possibility of sailing being delayed due to waves, vessel conditions, etc., the shipping company will notify you in the afternoon of the day before and will provide an alternative transfer to a land bus. If there are boat cancellations due to strong winds, please pay attention to the official website announcement.
■This ferry ticket is a gift for the event. If there is cancellation due to the first two reasons, AsiaYo will not issue additional refunds.
■If you have received the ticket confirmation letter, you cannot cancel it. If you want to change the date of your ferry ticket, you need to pay the 220 yen handling fee.

【Accommodation Rules】
