【Accommodation Rules】
■ Early check-in is not possible, and there is no luggage storage service. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage in the coin-operated lockers in the station.
■ No pets are allowed.
■ Towels are not changed during the stay.
■ Late check-outs are subject to an additional fee. (The cost depends on the site)
■ Deposits and taxes may be collected upon check-in, depending on the collection rules of each hotel.
■ After completing the booking, a guide with photos will be sent to you with the directions to go.
■ In order to avoid affecting other residents in the building, please confirm that you agree to all the following conditions before making an appointment:
・Parties, drinking parties, banquets are prohibited
・Smoking is prohibited indoors and in the building (except for smoking areas)
・Do not cause nuisance to neighboring residents
・No loud behavior (please keep quiet after 21:00)
・It is prohibited to bring anyone other than the hotel guest into the accommodation facility
※If it is confirmed that there is a violation of the above conditions, a fine of 100,000 yen will be imposed (if the noise behavior does not improve after the warning, we will call the police and evict early or impose a fine.)
■ According to the Lodging Law, all reservations must submit the following documents: name, address in current country, occupation, nationality, passport (applicable to all reservations). Please be sure to attach a copy, passport and photo of the tenant's ID in the passport
※If the above information is not provided, the reservation will be cancelled.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
