The location is slightly far from the subway station, and the vicinity is uphill, but the internal environment is good and the equipment is complete. The floor is on the fifth floor, but there is no elevator. It is not suitable for people with too many things to live.
I feel that the floor arranged for us is on the fifth floor. It is really tiring for girls to take their children out to travel. They have to carry their luggage to the 5th floor. The parking space also tests the technology!
The interior is clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the environment is quiet, but because there is no elevator, it will be a bit hard if you live on a high floor.

1. The room facilities and environment are good, but I didn't expect that I lived on the fifth floor, but there was no elevator. Need to mention two large luggage on the fifth floor, but it is really a little tired. 2. The place of accommodation is a bit far from the tram stop. It took about 20 minutes for my family to go to Xiaolu Station. So when you want to go back from the international exchange, you will do TAXI directly. 3. The room is suitable for two people. If the four people live, the bed will cover the entire room. Moreover, the two suitcases cannot be fully opened, and it is inconvenient to take the luggage. 4. It is really necessary to test the technology to stop. Because the road is sloped and the width of the road is only one car, it must be reversed. (My parking space is on the last 8th, the other side is the pillar on the other side, and the right front is still Stopped a car). I think the difficulty is really high.

- We do not allow keep luggages before check-in time and after check-out time.

- Your passport or personal ID is required at check-in for security.

- We only accommodated one group of guests for each room, you will not share the room with other guests.

- You are responsible for the safety of yourself, if there is any injury or accident caused during your stay.

- It's a private apartment but not hotel. Please understand and respect that we cannot provide concierge service.

- This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.

- The property is located in a residential area and strictly enforces a no-party or excessive noise policy. Please respect neighborhood to be quiet as possible after 8PM.

- Do not engage in illegal activities or anti-social behaviour anywhere on my properties, including but not limited to drinking, parties, drugs. Or we will call to police.

- Guest shall compensate us according to the original price for such damage as may be caused by intention act or negligence on the part of the Guest. Damages and breakages must be reported to us, so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

- Always lock the door. Please turn off all lights, any electricity, and especially the air conditioning and heater when leaving the apartment.

- To make an eco-friendly environment, please bring your own toiletry.

- You are responsible for the safety of your valuables, please keep your personal belongings carefully.

- Please clean dishes after you used them in public kitchen.

- Guests are required to take off their shoes when entering the property

- Please do not disturb neighbors, take photos or enter their apartment/ house.

- Please check out on time. Late checkout will incur a fee.

- Please do not answer the doorbell.

- Keep the room clean. Please discard garbages properly according to the instruction

- Please neither dye your hair in the room, nor wash your hair in the sink.

- Please do not throw any trash into the toilet.
