The front desk is open daily from 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival.
Guests will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and smart lock details. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools.
Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM.The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
