Private Villa with Pool and Sunset in Aki City

This accommodation does not provide invoices or receipts.

No meals are provided, so you will be asked to prepare your own food and use the kitchen provided in the building, or you may choose to eat out or prepare your own BBQ set-up as an option.



Please feel free to use the facilities and equipment (except for the BBQ grill) in the facility. Please return them to their original locations when you are finished using them.



Please remove your shoes at the entrance.



The pool is not heated. Please refrain from using the pool during cold weather, as you may become ill.



Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not allowed in the rooms as it will set off the fire alarm. Smoking in the kitchen with the fan running is also prohibited. Smoking indoors may result in a cleaning fee being charged, so please be sure to follow the rules.



Please refrain from using incense and other strong-smelling items (including mosquito coils) in your room.



Towels, dishes, appliances, and other items belonging to the facility may not be taken home. If any accompanying equipment is missing, you will be charged the actual cost. Thank you for your understanding.
Please be aware that the facilities may be dangerous for small children, and we are not responsible for any accidents or problems that may occur at the facility.



If there is any damage to the building or incidental facilities during your stay, we will charge you for the actual cost of repair. Thank you for your understanding.



No one other than the guest(s) who applied for the room at the time of reservation will be allowed to enter the room, even for a day trip. If the number of guests changes, please inform us before check-in. Upon confirmation of unauthorized entry of a non-guest, you will be asked to pay an additional amount equal to or more than the room charge you have already paid for the additional number of guests.



Please note that we are located in a rich natural environment, so there are many insects. We ask for your understanding. We are not responsible for any insect bites.



Quiet time is set from 21:00 to 7:00. Please be careful not to play loud music or talk loudly as it may disturb neighbors.



Please do not set off fireworks, etc., as they may cause problems with neighbors. Hand-held fireworks are allowed, but please refrain from using them inside the building or on the deck. If there is any damage to the fireworks, we will charge you for the actual cost of repair. We ask for your understanding.



We will not be responsible for any trouble with neighbors.



Please understand that you may be asked to leave the building if there are any complaints or reports from neighbors.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
