□ About check-out
If you wish to extend your stay, you can do so up to 12:00 for 1,500 yen per hour. (Declaration on the day of check-out: 3,000 yen per hour)
*For accommodations with parking: If you would like to use only the parking lot after 10:00, the same extension fee as above will be charged.
□ During overnight stays
Since many of our accommodations are located in quiet residential areas, please be considerate of neighbors and other guests after 9:00 p.m.
(Do not talk outside the room, close the windows and chat inside, etc.)
If you do not follow these rules, we may report you to the police and ask you to leave.
□ When using bedding
Please do not use more bedding than the number of people using the bedding listed on your guest card.
Also, please check out without putting the bedding back in the closet.
You may use either a futon or a bed, but please note that if more bedding is used than the declared number of people after check-out, we will assume that the number of people staying will be greater and will charge an additional fee.

[If the number of guests staying increases] Please contact the emergency contact.

[If you would like to use bedding for a child] The price will be the same as for one adult, regardless of age.

*Children who do not use bedding can stay for free, regardless of age.

□ When using tableware
If you use cooking utensils or tableware, please wash them and leave them hanging in the drainer.
Staff will check and return them to the cupboard when cleaning. Thank you for your cooperation.

□ When smoking
Please cooperate with our ban on smoking in all facilities. For disaster prevention reasons, please smoke electronic cigarettes outside the facility.
If smoking is discovered inside the facility, a fine of 300,000 yen will be charged.

□ When equipment is damaged or soiled
Please be sure to contact the emergency contact. If the repair costs are high, we may charge you separately.
□ When staying with pets
Pets can easily become anxious when they change locations. Please take sufficient measures to prevent accidents, such as having your pet wear a manners belt or sleep in a cage, especially when sleeping.
Please refrain from leaving your pet alone for long periods of time at night.
We would also appreciate it if you could dispose of excrement and clean up any hair so that the next person can use the facility comfortably.
If your pet makes an accident on the bedding, we will ask you to pay a cleaning fee. Thank you for your understanding.

If the facility is suspended due to failure to follow the above rules, we may request compensation for damages.
Please use the facility with moderation.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
