■ No pets allowed.
■ Towels will not be changed during your stay.
■ Parties and events are not allowed.
■ Do not make loud noises in the house.
■ Late check-out is subject to additional charges. (The cost depends on the site)
■ Deposits and taxes may be collected upon check-in, subject to each hotel's charging rules.

■ Reservations from customers residing in Japan are not accepted.
■If the name of the customers staying is different from the name of the person who made the reservation, the hotel may deny the customers check-in.
■ Hoshino Resorts cannot provide remarks for orders. If you have important special needs, please contact the hotel directly after placing the order, or inform the front desk when checking in.
■ The system defaults the gender of your accompanying guests to one male and one female (additional guests will be arranged in the order of male and then female, including children). If there is any mistake, please inform the front desk upon check-in for a change in yukata sizes.

Pre-departure Information According to the regulations of the Japanese Ministry of Health and Social Security (MHLW), all international travelers must inform the hotel of their passport number and nationality when checking in (checking into a hotel, motel, etc.).
In addition, the hotel must photocopy the passports of all guests for backup purposes.
