First, please contact us when booking or tell us you want to bring a pet.
If you let them accompany you without permission, you will be charged the full cleaning fee and a fine.

*According to the Food Sanitation Management Act, the use of ingredients, beverages and liquid seasonings in and stored in the owner's dedicated refrigerated space is prohibited.

*Completely non-smoking
We will charge a fine if smoking is found in the room.
Littering of cigarette butts around houses and parking lots is also prohibited.

*According to regulations, activities such as BBQ and fireworks are allowed until 10:00 pm, and outdoor activities after 10:00 pm are prohibited.
Please stay indoors after 10pm.


* Behaviors that cause trouble to nearby residents are prohibited.
・Noisy behavior such as making loud noises or playing music at high volume
・Parties and banquets
The noise behaviour led neighbours to report the incident to the police. (There is a police station 300m ahead)
If there is a complaint for this type of behavior, after bringing attention to it, if there is no improvement, we will report it to the police and ask for an early departure and a fine.


* It is forbidden to take indoor towels out to sea
