Closure Dates
The facility will be closed on 7/2, 7/3, 7/9, 7/10, 7/16, 7/17, 7/23, and 7/24.
Please note that operating hours will vary if you check in before or after closure dates. Thank you for your understanding.
Operating Hours Information
On 7/2, 7/9, 7/16, and 7/23, the facility will close at 12:00 PM. Please note that the "2nd Room," luggage storage, and other facilities inside the building will remain open until 12:00 PM.
On 7/4, 7/11, 7/18, and 7/25, the facility will close from 7:00 AM. Please use the Free Checking and "2nd Room" services.
The Food & Drink Station will close at 12:00 PM and will not provide service.
*Please be aware that accommodations within the Hoshino Group are subject to price fluctuations, and placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We will confirm your order again before proceeding.
Accommodation Rules
No smoking.
No pets allowed.
Towels will not be replaced during your stay.
No parties or events allowed.
Please avoid making loud noises indoors.
Late check-out will incur additional charges (charges depend on current rates).
A deposit and taxes may be collected at check-in, according to the hotel's policy.
Important Notes
Reservations from customers residing in Japan are not accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience. During check-in, passports will be re-checked, so please confirm before booking.
If the name of the actual guest differs from the name on the reservation, the facility may refuse accommodation.
The Hoshino Group booking system does not allow for special notes. For any important special requests, please contact the accommodation directly after placing your order or inform the front desk during check-in.
The system will default to assuming one male and one female guest per room (if more, please indicate genders in order of male/female, including children). If there is an error, please inform the front desk staff to adjust the yukata sizes during check-in.
Pre-Travel Information
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) of Japan, all international travelers must provide their passport number and nationality when checking in at hotels, inns, etc. Additionally, the hotel must make photocopies of all guests' passports for backup purposes.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
