If you wish to check-in early or extend your stay:
1) Guests who wish to change the date, number of days, room type or number of rooms of their booking, they should notify If the host agrees, the guest will not have to pay a service fee for the change. This does not include differences in room rates payable due to weekdays, weekends or changes of room type.
2) No changes can be made to bookings 3 days (72 hours) prior to check-in.
(Example: A guest wishing to change a reservation for 3:00 pm on 8/10 must offer notification at or before 11:59 pm on 8/07)
3) Changes cannot be made to bookings for Theme Hotels (e.g. New Taipei City Hotel Land) or Promotional Hotels.

What are E-Coupons?
E-Coupons are used by to offer promotional discounts. Members can use them when booking rooms on within the validity period.

E-Coupon instructions
Every E-Coupon can be used only once.
The value of E-Coupons will differ according to the promotional activity, and may only be used when total room fees exceed a set amount.
A transaction can only used one code.

When booking please choose Enter the code under the Promotion Code. After ticking and applying the promotional discount, the system will automatically generate your discount.

Where can I find my E-Coupons?
Most E-Coupons are sent by E-mail. Please log in with the email account to use the discounts.

If I cancel a booking, will you refund my E-Coupon?
If you cancel a booking (due to force majeure or other causes not attributable to both parties, or school/work being cancelled due to natural disasters affecting guests or proprietors unable to render services), any related E-Coupons (promotion codes) will be void.
